Didnt have red onion. Tried as was, then with capers, then with mustard. Mustard was too much. It’s best wrapped in lettuce, but on toast it also works.

I didn't have chives, but it still came out creamy and flavorful. In addition, I also added honey mustard and it was delicious!

I’ve never made or had egg salad before but being pregnant has given me many firsts. This recipe is soooo good! I did leave out the onion and chives. Just added salt, pepper, mayo and paprika.

This is a really good classic. It’s perfect for a base to add your personal twist on. I love egg salad with pickles, dill, celery and mustard so I added lots of those!

i added the suggested diced pickles, dill and green onion. tastes amazing both ways :)

Really good, made less than I thought it would though. Husband said it was the best egg salad he's ever had.
