Love it! didn't use celery because I hate celery. added more salt because I'm a salt lover!

I like the simplicity of it. Needed maybe a little more flavor.. I didn't have poultry seasoning.

Great but I didn’t have dill relish so I improvised with 3TBS banana peppers and it added a really unique but great flavor. Turned out awesome.
