I’m disappointed, I bought ingredients stated in the Yummly ingredients list and was just about to make this cake and the list in the directions link was almost totally different. Self raising instead of plain flour? Orange zest? Brown sugar? Some of us don’t have all of these ingredients to hand to just roll with it :/ I do wish I just directly went on the BBC website instead of using this app first.

It’s a really great recipe and if tasted brilliant despite the fact that I forgot to had the eggs. It was only a bit more crumbly.

The mixture was a lot so would need to put into four medium tins. The tins were not greased well so suck to the tin. Next time, use flour and butter to grease tin. Soft and moist Tasted better with the nuts than without the nuts.
