It turned out just great! One thing that I found even better was replacing the butter with a little bit of olive oil and in addition, I mixed to different hot wing sauces - ‘la Pete’s and Frankies’

My first time making wings and these came out delicious!!! Great idea simmering the sauce with butter, added depth to the flavor. I bumped the oven up to 400 roast for the second half of cooking and ended with a 2 minute broil. Thanks for a new keeper!!!!
