This recipe is a nice classic version of a blueberry muffin. Most times, I use recipes that have lemon or cinnamon, etc. This one was simple, but tasty and moist. I halved the recipe and made six large muffins, which baked in my convention oven in about 20 minutes. I recommend this one, whether you make it like this or use it as a base for a fancier version. Also, love that it's not overly sweet.

My very first time baking blueberry muffins! I'm a really harsh critic when it comes to my own baking and I was so relieved that these turned out perfectly.
I happened to have a cup of fresh berries and a cup of frozen berries, but all's well that ends well haha.
I tried adding chocolate chips to six of them just to see how they'd turn out and they're delicious! 100% will bake again!!
