    Delicious! Made it in a cake pan and it turned out beautifully! Also, did not have lemon so I used vanilla extract.

    Great! Amazingly moist and fluffy. Didn’t make the glaze which made it light on the lemon flavour but still a beautiful breakfast cake loaf with tea! Will def be making this again!

    It turned out really moist lemony blueberry cake.... I switched half cup flour to almond meal ... will definitely make again
