Just OK. If the fruit is very juicy as mine was (fresh peaches and pears) the cake part comes out spongy.

It is good. Not overly sweet, just right. Saw that people said it was dry, I just added some of the juice from the peaches. It was nice and moist.

This was awesome and easy! Since some of the other reviewers noted it was dry, I poured about 1/3 cup peach juice into the sugar and peach mixture. Worked perfectly.

Easy and quick! I made a couple of alterations because I was using home canned peaches. I used the juice from the jar plus enough milk to make the indicated 1 Cup. I also had to reduce the amount of sugar by 1/2 because the peaches were pre-sweetened. I also made an adjustment to the directions by melting the butter, pouring the batter over top WITHOUT stirring it in, then I spooned peaches on top. Worked great and the family loved it. This is one of those recipes that you can use with just about any fruit and make alterations and it still turns out great! I've done it with home canned blackberries as well. YUMMY!

If it tastes anything like it looks and smells, I will be one happy woman with one happy child and boyfriend!! Got vanilla custard ice cream to go with it so I can’t wait till dessert time!!

Amazing!! Definitely will make again.
I used carnation milk instead of milk and I also added a bit of cinnamon.
