Mouthwatering, delicious, light & crispy batter. I used haddock instead of cod, and boiled fresh peas from my Dad’s garden with a little butter, salt & white pepper (didn’t make mushy). Made hairy bikers recipe for chips (from bbc food) to go with it. Chips were as delish as the fish.
