- 4 cups reduced sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 lb. red skinned potatoes (about 1-1/2-inch diameter, cut in half)

I didn't finish making it. I questioned the part where it asked me to add the flour before cooking the meat. Soon as I did, it started burning. I had to scratch the whole meal and start over with a new recipe. The flour should be added after the meat and veggies are cooked. Someone needs to fix this.
