  • 1 tablespoon Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • butter
  • sour cream

    1. HEAT oven to 350° F. Rub potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with salt. Place potatoes on baking sheet.
    2. BAKE 50 to 60 minutes or until fork tender. Cool 5 minutes.
