The recipe had a good subtle flavor. I used large fresh dug clams that I cleaned, ground, and drained. The mixture was gooey and I dropped in 1/4 cup fulls of mixture into the fry butter and then made patties that way. It provided eight 2 inch cakes. I’d make it again.
