- 1 romaine (heart, chopped small)
- 2 carrots (chopped)
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 grilled chicken breasts
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 can shoepeg corn (or one cup of frozen, thawed corn)
- ranch
- dressing
- bbq sauce (for drizzling, I like Bullseye)
- tortilla strips (Crispy, I made these by slicing a flour tortilla thin, and then frying them up in a little oil)
