This has become one of my go-to Summer salad recipes I usually make it substituting crossings for the pomegranate seeds this is easy and delicious!

This is a must for a healthy side, or an anytime snack. I did forget a few key ingredients when making mine, notably the pomegranate seeds and orange. I replaced the pomegranate seeds with craisins, and substituted in diced fresh mango for the orange. I used Tropicana full pulp for the orange juice still. Great recipe though! Definitely saving forever!

This recipe was SUPER tasty and easy to make. It’s very flavorful and you get the same quality even if you modify certain ingredients. For example I changed the pomegranate for cranberries, the oranges for mandarines and added some arugula. It’s was delicious.

LOVED this quinoa dish. So refreshing and tasty!! Served it with spicy grilled shrimp tonight and we were in heaven!! Will definitely be making this dish over and over and over 😀!

Really delicious! I added some spinach to include more greens and served with chicken skewers which went really well

Delicious. Used a grapefruit topped with extra honey and pecans instead of walnuts. It was great tasting and filling as a main dish for dinner.

I couldn't find pomegranates nor walnuts at my store so I used peaches and almonds and it worked wonderfully

Super nice combination of taste. Takes a little longer and more effort that would like, with roasting nuts in honey.

Easy! Excellent! Delicious! Guilt free! Substituted dried cherries for the pomegranate was the only change (already had available). This is added to our favorites and will be repeated over and over. Thank you for submitting the recipe! 👍

I love it! I used pecans instead of walnuts because that's what I had. It was great I will probably use both next time.

Amazing! I couldn't find pomegranates nor walnuts at my store so I used peaches and almonds and it worked wonderfully

Awesome! Substituted pomegranate & orange for dried cranberries & grapefruit. Topped with browned caramelized walnuts baked in the oven. I would recommend this to anyone. One can eat this alone or as a side dish. I paired this with souvlaki kabobs. Very tasty & would recommend this to anyone looking to spice up their meal 🤗 👍 😉

I didn't have all the ingredients so I mixed up a bit and it was still great. Love the honey Walnuts, I would always add some sort of honey nuts, they really made the dish.

We really enjoyed the salad! My husband cooked chicken to put on his portion and he was very happy. I added mozzarella pieces for some protein and there was dinner!

I made this salad yesterday, and it was DELICIOUS. So exciting to find a great quinoa recipe, I've been looking for one for a long time. The onion and cilantro give the salad a great zing. I will definitely make this often.
