Ingredients

- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (and pepper)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 can tomatoes (whole)
- 4 cloves garlic
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- bottle clam juice
- 1 packet halibut fillets (frozen, thawed)
- 1 mussels (frozen pkg, in wine sauce)
- 1 clams (frozen package, in garlic butter sauce)
- white wine
- shrimp (Dozen, or crab or lobster or... as desired)
- fresh parsley (Chopped)

Directions
- Brown onions in oil, salt & pepper. Add 1/4 c water and cook 5 minutes. Drain tomatoes and reserve juice and rough chop tomatoes.. Add garlic, pepper flakes oregano, bay leaves juice and tomatoes and cook 5 minutes. Cut halibut fillets in half and nestle in the stew. Cover and cook on low for about 12 minutes. Remove to plate and cover. In the meantime, cook mussles in microwave per directions followed by clams in microwave per directions. Add to stew. Warm shrimp and simmer add parsley. Put halibut fillet in bottom of bowl. Top with stew.
- Serve with garlic bread and salad. Servew 4.
