- 250 grams unsalted butter (chilled)
- olive oil (for greasing)
- 50 grams apricot (/1¾oz, preserve)
- almond liqueur (to taste)
- 100 grams icing sugar (/3½oz)
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- fresh mint leaves (to garnish, optional)
