Crunchy roasted chickpeas with an unexpected coating of cinnamon and curry powder and a sweet honey glaze, all mixed with toasted coconut chips.

- 13.4 oz. chickpeas (or container of cooked)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. canela
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt (sprinkle of, to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 coconut chips (/c cup raw)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse chickpeas to remove starch and remove skins, if desired. Dry chickpeas with a paper towel.
- Mix olive oil, cinnamon, curry powder and sugar in a bowl. Toss in chickpeas and mix until well-coated.
- Spread chickpeas out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment.
