Great I substituted banana (allergic) for half an apple chopped up they were yummy topped with organic agave syrup from trader joes

This is a delicious pancake but very difficult to flip. I even added a little more coconut flour and it’s still difficult. Also, the pancakes are very dark. The picture shown looks like there’s no cinnamon because the batter is much darker than shown. I added toasted coconut on top that made the flavor even better!
