- 1 lb. green beans (woody end trimmed)
- 1 Tbsp. peppercorns
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 1 garlic clove (smashed)
- 2 thai chiles
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 3 large onions (coarsely chopped)
