- 1/2 cup unbleached white flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk (regular milk will work as well)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted, OR 2 ½ tsp olive oil)
- 1 can pancake batter (squirt, out of. A small squeeze bottle of sorts or a large kitchen syringe would work well. You will also need a way to get batter into it like a funnel.)
