- 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 8 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil (melted and cooled)
- 2 eggs (100 g, weighed out of shell at room temperature, beaten)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt (thick non-dairy, at room temperature, my favorite brand is Anita coconut yogurt)
- 1 cup bananas (ripe, peeled and mashed lightly, from about 2 medium-size bananas)
- 2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil (melted)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt

Perfect. My family loves this Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread. This is my 4th time making it. It will be on the table for the Holidays for sure.

AMAZING!! So fluffy and delicious! I made it twice and I used coconut butter the second time. The crumble came out with a more spreadable texture with the butter, but both times this recipe is definitely going to be a family favorite!!
