Wren and I made this at the cabin, 10/16/22, with flake salt on top. It might be even better with fig jam in the center.

Mine were flat and sad looking. Taste was ok with just the right amount of sweetness. Obviously did something wrong so I’ll try to make again.

Maybe the ingredients I used were old and stale, but mine never puffed up. Not nearly enough sugar or cinnamon. I needed to put a glaze on top to make these "biscuits" palatable.
