Never got crispy! Sad because I was really forward to having crispy, sweet, healthy chips.

These are delicious. A bit time consuming to prepare but preparation in and of itself is very simple. Flipping and separating each individual radish chip was most labor intensive, but worth it for something different and "healthy." There is also a fine line between burning and drying the chips out enough to crisp up. Soggy chips still tasted great, though. I popped back in oven at 350 for an additional 5 mins when all said and done.
