These are good though only make 6 in my donut pan. Soft and cakey but crumble getting out. I'm at 3000' so I need to do some adjusting for altitude. has good cake possibilities for Boston Cream Pie.
NOTES TO MYSELF
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Coconut flour
1/4 cup monk fruit
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking pwdr
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp water
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 Tbsp psyllium pwdr
2 tsp vanilla

Obsessed! So easy to tweak as well for different flavor profiles. We made pumpkin spice with cream cheese frosting! Delicious
