- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 Tbsp. bourbon (depending on how thin you want your glaze)
