I was worried that my batter looked like scrambled eggs, but I continued with the recipe and they turned out perfect. The donut muffins {or Duffins :) } are delicious and very convenient because the ingredients are all things I almost always have at home. They had a perfect amount of spice plus very quick and easy and lasted less than a day, despite my doubling the recipe.

Really delicious - went down a treat with all the family. I replaced the sugar with 25g honey. I added 1tbl honey to the butter for basting and sprinkled them with cinnamon.

So delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. It was easy to make and fun to roll the doughnuts in the butter and conman sugar.

Absolutely delicious! They were light and fluffy and a huge hit. I did not change a thing and will definitely make again soon.
