Taste is so so good!!! I could not find cinnamon at the store so I just sprinkled sugar on top and it was still wonderful! I cooked in a glass Pyrex dish... It appeared completely baked on the outside but was still needing some time on the inside. I will need to adjust for that next time!

Absolutely delicious. Love banana bread and this one only dirtied one bowl. The only thing is mine was ready in 45 minutes so my recommendation would be to check at 40 minutes. I did use vanilla bean paste instead of vanilla, and did not need all of the cinnamon sugar. Made French toast with it this morning. Will definitely make again.
