- 300 grams flour (without yeast)
- 2 1/4 tsp. baker's yeast
- 1 small egg (at room temperature)
- 50 grams softened butter
- 80 grams brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

Directions
- Mix the milk with the butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt until well dissolved.
- Add the egg, and stir.
- Add the flour and yeast. Stir again with a fork, until well mixed.
