Ingredients

- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup milk (scalding)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 cups flour (approx.)
- butter (More, softened)
- cinnamon sugar
- nuts
- powdered sugar
- milk
- vanilla

Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water. Set aside.
- Scald milk, add sugar, butter and salt. Let cool, add egg and rest of ingredients (yeast water and flour bit by bit).
- Let rise until it doubles (a couple of hours).
