This was super easy to make and my 4 year old helped very tasty and worked as a side dish and a dessert yum!!

This turned out so well!
I followed all of the directions, and didn't make any adjustments. The sweet potatos tasted like they had butter on them. So rich.

Great recipe. I used olive oil instead of coconut because that’s what I had and added some ginger with the cinnamon. Garnished with fresh thyme sprigs. It came out beautiful and tasted great.

Sweet like like dessert. I added two more sweet potatoes and did not use any coconut oil. I replaced oil with vegetable broth.

this was absolutely delicious. My toddler loved it. This will become a new side dish and I'm going to add walnuts or pecans the next time

This was so delicious and a great alternative to the old school (still loved) mashed sweet potatoes with marshmallows!
