    This turned out so well! I followed all of the directions, and didn't make any adjustments. The sweet potatos tasted like they had butter on them. So rich.

    Great recipe. I used olive oil instead of coconut because that’s what I had and added some ginger with the cinnamon. Garnished with fresh thyme sprigs. It came out beautiful and tasted great.

    Sweet like like dessert. I added two more sweet potatoes and did not use any coconut oil. I replaced oil with vegetable broth.
