I made mini muffins instead and baked them for 11 minutes. They turned out delicious. I made these at night to have for breakfast the next morning. I will make these again.

I got the lift in the muffins that I was looking for, and they were just sweet enough without being over-sugary

These were easy to make and very delicious. I mixed in a little bit of craisins to go with the raisins. This recipe will yield 6 large muffins or 12 of the smaller size muffins. These were not too sweet but rather perfect blend of vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar. Will make again.
