very easy to make. i used only all purpose flour which im sure changed the taste quite a bit. i had to let mine rise much longer than the recipe said (probably because my house is <70°F). I used my kitchenaid+bread hook but honestly it might be easier to just stir it by hand. The bread hook didnt seem to want to stir it too well. tastes soooo good, especially right out of the oven.

Super delicious recipe! Labor intensive... if you want to make this bread you need to take the day off, lol. But it’s the real deal.

This was the absolute easiest recipe to make and delicious. No kneading is necessary which gave my back a break. The raisins were oozing and the swirls looked beautiful. It had a hard crust and a soft inside. This recipe is a keep for it’s ease to make and great taste!
