This didn’t turn out as brittle, more like candied pecans, so I was disappointed, but they still tasted very good!

I think this is tasty, but not really brittle. It come out more like candied pecans that you might used as a salad topper. I do think it could use a bit more sweetness or saltiness.

OK so the batch we made was pretty good although our stove or stove rack as i found out today was not really level so they glaze ran off in the corner and puddled in the corner of the cookie sheet so i just spooned it up and quickly dumped it back on the pecans. Also i guess i left it to cool down too long on the wax paper and it stuck so make sure you put it on a separate bowl as soon as it cools down enough for you to work with it. really good and not over powered with sweetness
