Great recipe! I made mini ones for school and the are amazing! For an extra finish put some cinnamon on top and swirl it around.

I'd make one change in the recipe: add the milk earlier - or you'll end up having to mix it too much, and having compact muffins (like I did).

Turned out great! I didn’t get the cinnamon sugar on top. Will try it next time.
