If you hate rolling out dough like I do, this not the recipe for you :-) I think this recipe was written for a higher humidity elevation and I live in a drier climate, so it was hard to roll out the dough also.
I loved the final product however. The dough was just sweet enough and everyone who tried them thought the same. Probably wouldn't do again though, too much work :-D
