Description
I really wanted a grilled cheese sandwich but not the original cheddar with white bread, ya feel? So I came up with this instead. It has a great taste of strawberries and cream cheese with just the right amount of cinnamon. It's great for Mother's day or if you really just need to drown your sorrows in food. It doesn't take long to make but it does dirty up a lot of dishes, but it's totally worth it. IF YOU DON'T LIKE SWEET FOODS THEN THIS SANDWICH IS NOT FOR YOU.

Directions
- Chop the strawberries small dice. Place cream cheese in microwave for about 30 seconds or until soften. Stir in half of the strawberries into the cream cheese. Place the rest of the strawberries in a bowl and add sugar on top of the strawberries to make a strawberry syrup.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. Spread the strawberry cream cheese onto the cinnamon raisin bread evenly. Place the sandwich onto a griddle and cook both sides until golden brown.
- Take the sandwich off of the griddle onto a plate-this part is very important. Mix the cinnamon and maple syrup together and pour on top of the sandwich. Use immediately-the cinnamon and maple syrup will separate.
- Add the strawberries along with it's syrup on top of the sandwich. Add whipped topping if desired. Enjoy.
