- 1 pinch fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces (or coarsely chopped walnuts**)
- 2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil (preferably organic)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (finely)

- 30 drops liquid (plain or vanilla stevia, to your taste)
