- 80 grams gram flour
- 90 grams potato starch
- 40 grams arrowroot
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- 1 lemon
- 8 Tbsp. apple sauce (made by simmering 2 peeled, chopped apples in a few cm of water and 1 tsp of cinnamon until broken down)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 150 mL hot water
- 1 tsp. canela (plus more for topping)
