I like to add extra cinnamon and some brown sugar to the mix. I double the mix and freeze the leftovers. They reheat well in the toaster.

I love this recipe for tasty waffles! Quite easy, and very delicious. The only change I make is to add more cinnamon and double the recipe so I have leftovers that I can put in the fridge or freezer.
