While this Cinnamon Beef recipe was cooking it made my mouth water. I love the bold sweet flavor. The raisins compliment the spices perfectly. I found the recipe easy to make and I don't consider myself much of a cook. If you don't have couscous I think you could easily put the meat dish on top of noodles or maybe rice. The leftovers are just as good as the main course too!
