- 1/4 cup potato flour (OR 1/2 cup dried potato flakes)
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant yeast
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk (room-temperature or lukewarm)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour (All-Purpose)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 cup apple (peeled, grated, 1 to 2 large apples)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar (confectioners’)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 Tbsp. cider (boiled, if you don’t have boiled cider, just use 2 tablespoons heavy cream. The boiled cider just bumps up the apple flavor. There is a link below to where you can buy it.)
