I used half C coconut flour, half C white four. Added a healthy cup of crushed pecans. Turned out great.

Great! I’m a bread lover, so I probably would like a little more batter. Otherwise awesome, easy recipe.

Easy and delicious. I used a mix of Granny Smith and Honeycrisp apples that I had left over from the week's snack fruit, peeled. I made a caramel sauce and poured over the cobbler while in the pan. Received rave reviews from the Saturday football game crowd I made this for. Next time I will keep the caramel sauce and add some vanilla ice cream. mmmm
