- 8 oz. dark beer (or your favorite root beer)
- 2 lb. ground chuck (or ground sirloin if you prefer a leaner beef)
- 16 oz. crushed tomato (heavy)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. masa (corn, or fine cornmeal)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 sweet onion (large, chopped)
- 1 lb. linguine (cooker per directions on box)
- 1 cup kidney bean (or chili beans)
- 1 cup pinto beans (or beans of your choice)
- 4 cups Chili (beef, from my recipe or your favorite brand)
