- 2 limes (Finely grated zest and freshly squeezed juice)
- 2 tsp. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

- black pepper
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/2 pineapple (cut into 1 inch cubes.)

- Combine first 6 ingredients
- Add chicken and coat. Refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
- Alternate chicken cubes and pineapple on skewers.
- Grill chicken skewers 5 minutes per side.
