Awesome recipe. Just follow the exact instructions. The flavor is complex. It tastes like a house bean dip from the best Mexican restaurant.

This is flat out some of the best hummus I've ever had. I used cannellini beans (since I had those handy) and they weren't low sodium. But I don't think that would impact much. I think next time I make it, I will use a whole chipotle, not half to see how this is with a bit more kick

If I knew hummus was this easy to make I would have been making it for a lot longer!
