Really good! Not sure if the toasting made a difference but it tasted great anyway. I changed it a little- lemon instead of lime and parsley instead of cilantro.

I followed the directions exactly with 1 exception, I added 1/4 cup of minced red onion to the garlic . It came out tasty, cooked perfectly and the family loved it . I will definitely make this again.

I didn't love this one - it wasn't very flavorful and I'm not too sure about the rice browning. Mine came out fairly dry. HOWEVER I did not use lime zest, I treated it as optional, and it seems like that may have helped with the flavor. Hope everyone else has a better experience
