Turned out well. I only made half, and it still made a lot. I used rotisserie chicken since I already had some of that. I would definitely make this again. It was easy and tasty. I just got my instant pot for Christmas and I’ve been experimenting. This might be the first recipe I’ve tried that I would make again.
