Huge fan, I cut my breasts in half and bake on 350 for 20 minutes because it seemed to be a bit dry and overcooked at 375! Really tasty and fast recipe, rare to find those together :)

Pretty disappointed after taking way longer than 20 min to bake. It was not terrible but was not worth the time. Served it with avocados and cherry tomatoes and rice with extra cilantro.

Loved this. I added more lime and cilantro because our family loves a lot of flavour. Delicious! Paired with a fresh pasta salad.

Very simple, super quick! I used boneless thighs and increased marinade time to 25 minutes only because I got busy. This tasted great and even better as leftovers. I can hardly wait to try this with boneless skinless breast.

Tasted delicious! I baked it in the oven, the only thing I will do differently next time is I’d put it in the broiler for a few minutes at the end to brown it up a bit

Tasted delicious grilled! I added a jalapeño to the marinade and substituted Chilean merkin for the paprika and cayenne. I’m going to try it with shrimp

one of my favorite recipes its so easy, and even if you forget to maranate it only needs about 20 mins. make some mango salsa and cilantro lime rice and you have a fantastic meal

Great marinade! I ground the cilantro in a mini food processor before adding to the marinade to release more of the flavor. Have made it several times and served it with a tomatillo sauce and Mexican cauliflower rice. Definitely a repeat at our house!

Moist and tasty! I don't make more than two at a time because it's for lunches, but the directions are still spot on. (I do skip the lime zest though, since I have none in a jar and usually don't buy whole limes.) I especially like the cooking time and simplicity.

Chicken was very flavorful. I allowed it to marinate overnight. I served it on a bed of spinach with diced up red onion and tomato to add color.

Lots of fun to make, simple, and pretty good! Not as flavorful as I thought it would be, but paired with sour cream and guacamole, delicious! Next time, I think I’ll try leaving it in the marinade a little bit longer. Not bad for a zesty dish on a cold night!
