- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. chipotle chile powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lime zest (finely grated fresh)
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (finely)

Directions
- Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a small bowl and stir well until combined. Place chicken (sliced as desired) in a Ziploc bag and pour marinade over; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook using desired method: grill, bake, pan fry.
