    This was a great variation to regular chicken salad. I also added 1/4 cup of red onion and used English cucumber instead of celery. Rotisserie chicken provides additional flavor.

    This is sooo good. Used who avocado, no mayo (was out). Was so delicious that I'm trying avocado instead of mayo in egg salad next! Even my husband loved this recipe!
