I was looking for a smoothie that had no dairy, nuts, or bananas. Thought I’d give this one a try. I had to reduce for one serving but was not exact in my measurements…used 1 avocado, 1 celery stalk, 1/2 lemon partially pealed, 1 mini cucumber, handfull of cilantro, parsley & spinach, frozen mixed berries & a small piece of ginger, olive oil & sea salt. Also added unflavored protein powder & some green tea/water. It was very thick. I thought it was bland. All I could taste was the lemon so I need to tweak this some more.
